Marella's commitment to community goes well beyond real estate. As President of the Kenmore Heritage Society, she works alongside dedicated volunteers to preserve and celebrate the rich history of that city. As a proud 20-year Rotarian, service to others is a core value she brings to everything she does. She is also an active member of the Bothell Kenmore Chamber of Commerce, staying connected to the businesses and people who make this community thrive. I was honored to be an an Ambassador for the Northshore Schools Foundation and represented the Windermere Foundation for 10 years.

I specialize in working with older adults and their families, offering the knowledge, resources, and compassion needed to make each step of the process feel manageable and informed.
Background
My journey in Real Estate began in 2011, but the heart of what I do — genuinely serving people — started back in 1987. That's nearly four decades of customer service experience woven into every transaction, every negotiation, and every closing. What I love most about this profession is being part of someone's journey to homeownership, often one of the biggest milestones of their life. I'm proud to do this work under the Windermere name, a company whose high standards and genuine commitment to community feel like a natural extension of who I am.
