She helped me find the companies and contractors needed to clean out, auction, repair, paint, refinish, stage and photo shoot my house in preparation for the sale. Yet she was open to my hiring a couple contractors I have used in the past and trust. She kept me up to date, contacted me if there were any changes, and kept me and the contractors on track. If I raised any issues or concerns, she followed quickly to resolution. One of her best suggestions was to get an inspection early and use it as a guide while getting my house ready. When it came to the sale, she kept other agents apprised early and worked with the buyer's agent and escrow closely to ensure a smooth sale and transfer of the property within a couple days during what is usually a slow time of the year for real estate. And she did not abandon me there. She took me all the way through to securing the proceeds to my account. if you get the happy chance to work with Marella, you are working with one of the best!
